Refunds
Once I receive your item, I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
Upon approval I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Recieiving wrong Personal Year
If you have received the wrong personal year due to a shipping error at Healing Numbers, the correct one will be shipped out immediately. Customer error in ordering will not be reimbursed.
Shipping
Cost of return shipping will be the customers responsibility.
